Ball Mill-Vipeak

Ball Mill is a kind of new type and high-efficient powder and superfine powder process machinery which is used for grinding the medium and low-hard material, the classified powder could be adjusted between 300 and 2500 mesh, the final product could be finer if classifier is assembled to meet clients' requirement. Vipeak Ball Mill is mainly for grinding medium and low hard material that Moh's hardness is below 6, humidity is less than 8%, and non-flammable non-explosive fragile minerals, like calcite, chalk, limestone, kaolin, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, kieselguhr, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore, pumice, this is the best choice for nonmetal ore superfine grinding. The wear-out part service life would be decreased if When used Mohs hardness of the material in the 4 to 6.

This type of ball mill is barrel horizontal type rotation device, outer gear transmission, and two bins. Raw material is taken to first bin from feeding port through hollow shaft, there are stepped lining plate and corrugated plate inside the bin and different size of steel ball, steel ball is taken to a certain height by the force of centrifugal which is caused by barrel’s rotation, material will be impacted and grinded. After coarse grinding process in the first bin, material will be delivered to the secondary bin. There are plane liner and steel ball to further grind the material. Powder material will be discharged from discharging grate plate and the grinding process is completed.
