This customer purchased ball mill equipments from Vipeak for bauxite powder making. In the past one year, we reacted quickly to the replacement of parts and resolved customer’s urgent problems. To save time for customers is to reduce the loss for the customer and to create benefits. This ball mill is a horizontal type and tubular running device which has two hoppers. This machine is grid type and its outside runs along gear. Materials are from feeding device through the hollow shaft spiral evenly into the first hopper of mill, which has ladder plate or corrugated plate and different specifications of steel ball inside. The centrifugal force generated by Cylinder rotation takes steel ball to a certain height and then they fall to blow and grind the materials. After the kibbling in the first hopper, by monolayer partition panel, the material will enter the second hopper, which has plane scale board with steel ball inside to grind material. Powder is discharged through the unloading board, and powder grinding is finished.In the daily maintenance, we strictly comply with the technical advice of Vipeak’s technical engineers and maintenance is in place. The condition of equipment movement is very stable. It creates a good income for our factory.
