This series of products is an update and upgrade of technology of original mill equipment which is developed by authoritative powder engineers in our company on the basis of many years of experience in research and development and customers' practical situation. Instead of traditional closed-circuit system pulverizing equipment, whose temperature will rise in the process of continuous running, so there is a potential safety hazard, and this even leads to some special material properties to change, we design and develop the milling machine of open system which combines high yield, high performance, energy conservation and environmental protection as one. This product is suitable for the grinding all kinds of inflammable and non-explosive materials whose Mohs hardness under seven levels, and humidity below 6%, such as limestone, calcite, marble, barite, gypsum, kaolin, lime,phosphate rock, bentonite, manganese ore, and petroleum coke. Fineness can be adjusted between 0.18-0.15mm (80-600 mesh).

Mainframe
According to customer needs analysis machine can be chosen from disc analysis machine and the European version squirrel cage analysis machine. Electrical machine adopts frequency conversion adjustment which are convenient and rapid in adjustment to realize an flexible finished product adjustment from 80 to 600 mesh.
Blower
Enhancing fan configuration and frequency conversion speed can be based on features of different materials fineness production requirements so as to efficiently adjust the air volume make its maximum efficiency to achieve the best running state and effectively reduce the energy consumption.
Superfine Powder Process
Final size of the material processed by superfine mill could reach 200-800mesh.
Pulse Dust Collector
Dust removal effect reaches the national powder emission standards; According to customers' actual demand pulse bag filter can also be used thus achieving rapidly automatic dust removal and dust removal efficiency is higher.
Working principle
The working process of the open type grinder machine (grinding material process): powder after being ground will be brought by wind power from induced draft fan for classification in the powder concentrator and standard powder through the classifier will be collected into the pulse dust collector and the final products discharge through screw conveyor. While the clean air after pulse dust filter will discharge with the induced draft fan. Open system runs under the negative pressure condition and no dust will be leaked.
