Product introduction

YA Circular Vibrating Screen is a type of new type screen machine, with a elliptical vibration. It’s designed for quarry to process stone material, can also be applied in coal dressing, beneficiation, building materials, electric power and chemical industry. It is also of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating noise, long durability, convenient maintenance, safe operation, etc., and uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force. Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance. It adopts tire clutch with capability of flexible connection and stable operation, structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large obliquity to make the screen hold the capability of high efficiency, large handling capacity, long life span, low consumption, little noise. It’s applied in mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry to screen material, and it’s the ideal machine in crushing production line.

Working principle

Motor drives vibration exciter eccentric block high-speed rotating. Straining box will be forced to do circular motion, material on the screen will be forced to do throwing motion, standard materials go thourgh screen and whole process will be completed.
