Cement Ball Mill

Reasonable discharge port design, de-ironing separator could be equipped according to requirements of clients.

Working principle

Transmission system includes motor, reducer, transmission shaft, gearwheel, pinion and coupling, when cylinder is rotating driven by coupling, reducer, gearwheel, and pinion, crushing medium(steel ball or steel forging) in the cylinder and material will be risen with cylinder wall to a certain height under the force of centrifugal force and friction force, then material will fall down and be crushed by impact force and grinding force. Ore is delivered into ball mill through hollow shaft and processed final product is discharged from hollow shaft in another end of cylinder, there are three bins inside ball mill, material is taken into ball mill through hollow shaft, after coarse grinding process, material will be taken to medium powder bin, after deeper process, material will be taken to third bin, after final grinding process, final product will be discharged by hollow shaft through Discharge cover. When closed circuit grinding system is launched, unqualified powder will be separated and be sent to ball mill to be reprocessed.
