Working principle

Electrical machine drives barrel to rotate by reduction box crushed ore and steel ball was put to to a certain height by lining plate under the force of friction and centrifugal then falls down under the force of gravity ore get further grinded and impacted grinded ore will be discharged outside the machine through discharge device standard final product will be classified by spiral classifier coarse sand will go back to be grinded through point feeder. Feeding machine feeds continuously and uniformly ore is taken to ball mill machine by joint feeder continuously and uniformly processed material is discharged by ball mill whole complete process could work 7*24.
