The wear-out part service life would be decreased if When used Mohs hardness of the material in the 4 to 6.

Working principle

after washing and drying process raw ore(water content less than 1%) will be coarse crushed below 2mm by jaw crusher and hammer crusher hoisting equipment takes crushed material to raw material stock bin material will be taken to superfine ball mill through frequency conversion belt system under the force of rotary grinding medium will impact and grind the material grinded material will go to fine powder classifier through bucket elevator to be first classified coarse particle will be separated and fine powder will be taken to turbine classification zone by updraft to be secondary classified standard fine powder will be taken by classification collected by cyclone collector and bag collector coarse particle will go back to ball mill to be re-grinded from bottom of classifier.
