Product introduction

Finished products of sand and gravel production line include stones and artificial sand. In the production factory of road and building materials, this production line is usually established.

Working principle

Raw material is screened and carried by vibrating feeder which conveys large material into jaw crusher equably for primary crushing. Crushed material would be transported by belt conveyor into WKS Symons cone crusher for fine crushing, and then materials enter into circular vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening to distinguish the different specifications of finished product, and unqualified gravel would be conveyed into cone crusher to be crushed again.
